What is life coaching

Life coaching is a partnership that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be. Rather than giving advice, a coach empowers you to find your own answers and supports you in creating meaningful change.

It’s a results‑oriented process that focuses on setting goals, taking action, and overcoming obstacles. If desired, spiritual coaching can also be part of the process—helping you integrate spirituality more fully into everyday life, always with the belief that the answers lie within you.

How coaching works

Coaching relationship

  • Complimentary session: Share what brings you to coaching and discuss how I can best support you.

  • First 6 weeks: Initial discovery session then weekly 60‑min sessions to build momentum and see breakthroughs.

  • Ongoing: Tailored cadence (weekly or bi‑weekly) to allow more time for integration in between session.

  • All sessions are held via video calls.

  • Check‑in & intention (5–10 min)

    Review last session’s actions and set the focus for this session.

  • Coaching with tools (40–45 min) Mindset work, somatic practices, or spiritually infused exercises (if desired).

  • Wrap-up (5–10 min)

    Integration, takeaways, and inspired next steps.

  • Sessions are 60 min.

How quickly will I see results?
